Product Warranty:

All McAllister products including electric boilers and industrial steam irons are guaranteed along with Intercut or Intersew products by McAllister Retail Services, Inc. and Intersew Corp. All other steam press iron related products carry the manufacturer’s warranty covering performance and defects in materials or workmanship.

Sales:

All sales are subject to credit approval. Payment terms for established open accounts are net 30 days. Past due invoices over 30 days are subject to a finance charge of 1-1/2% Per Month (18% APR) on the unpaid balance. Customers shall be responsible for all costs and expenses resulting from any action taken because of non-payment. Customers with an approved credit application will be shipped on open account. All other customers well be shipped C.O.D. McAllister Retail Services, Inc. accepts cash, bank certified check or C.O.D. payment.

Ordering and Shipment:

Orders may be placed either by telephone, fax machine, or through the mail. Orders received by 2pm EST will be shipped the same day. Items temporarily out of stock will be back-ordered and shipped immediately upon receipt from the supplier. Merchandise is shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified by the customer.

Returns:

Before returning a part to us for credit or exchange, please contact the customer service department for a Return Authorization Number (APR). The request for an APR number should be accompanied with the following information:

  1. an invoice or packing slip number
  2. date of shipment
  3. reason for return

All returns must be made within 60 days of receipt, unless they are being returned in terms of a guarantee given.
