Established in 1991, McAllister Retail Services, Inc. is an original equipment manufacturer of electric boilers and industrial steam irons with the highest standards of product performance. Providing equipment for the garment manufacturing and alteration industry, McAllister Retail Services delivers nationwide and strives to supply our customers with exceptional products and service with a national network of trained technicians. McAllister steam press iron equipment and supplies are sold to dry cleaners, alteration work rooms, department stores and apparel manufacturing factories. In addition, we serve the bridal and tailored clothing manufacturing industry. Our new corporate office has a state-of-the-art training facility and a repair department for presses, irons, boilers, sewing equipment, and appliances. McAllister Manufacturing, LLC was established in 2007 and provides further production of our exclusive UL products as well as light duty production on various McAllister finishing products.

McAllister’s 100S shirt press has a unique clamping and built-in vacuum on the tail for the unit to eliminate marks associated with traditional clamping and will yield up to 60 shirts per hour. The MRS 699 collar and cuff model also incorporates the vacuum, which we feel is essential in the placing and finishing of the collar and cuff of the unit. We also incorporate a steam separator on all presses. This device separates the steam as it enters the press. The higher temperature dryer steam is sent to the press and cooler steam is returned out to the return steam piping. This ensures better temperature on the pressing heads and bucks, and also reduces any water spotting from the head.
